A rapidly growing, internationally recognized medical device company in Orange County, CA is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping / Receiving Specialist to help power their expanding operations! • Own daily warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
• Pick, package, and prepare customer orders—accurately and efficiently
• Create shipping labels and ensure all domestic shipments meet company standards
• Perform cycle counts, support year-end physical inventory, and help maintain flawless inventory integrity
• Keep materials organized and stored properly across warehouse locations
• Enter and track transactions in the ERP system
• Operate forklifts as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep product flowing smoothly and efficiently

• Hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping / receiving, and inventory control
• Forklift certification preferred
• High school diploma required
• Ability to learn and follow all company training, including compliance and ethics requirements
• Comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
