DEKRA Rail is op zoek naar een klantgerichte en nauwkeurige backoffice medewerker die dagelijks schakelt met schade-experts en klanten door heel Nederland. Je controleert aanvragen, plant afspraken en zorgt voor correcte toewijzing aan de juiste afdelingen, met veel contact met opdrachtgevers en experts.
Je werkt nauwkeurig in ons backoffice systeem, verzorgt telefonische en schriftelijke communicatie en maakt deel uit van een informeel, betrokken team.
