Talland College in Alkmaar zoekt een docent Maatschappelijke Zorg die samen met een team werkt aan de ontwikkeling en vernieuwing van het mbo-onderwijs. Je verzorgt onderwijs van voorbereiding tot evaluatie, afgestemd op de leerbehoeften van studenten, en ontwikkelt lesmateriaal.
Je geeft les aan studenten van de opleidingen (Persoonlijk) Begeleider Maatschappelijke Zorg en begeleidt hybride projecten, studenten individueel en in groepen, met coaching en professionele relaties als kern.
