Senior Process Development Engineer – Nuclear Pharmaceuticals

Your Responsibilities  You will be responsible for developing, optimizing and safeguarding robust manufacturing processes for innovative pharmaceutical products.
Lead technology transfers from R&D to GMP manufacturing.
Develop process descriptions, process flow diagrams and process documentation.
Conduct and facilitate structured process risk assessments, including pFMEA and MRA.
Define process validation strategies and establish process knowledge, CPP and CQA control strategies based on QbD principles.
Support deviation investigations, root cause analyses, CAPAs and continuous process improvements.

Your Profile   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in process development, technology transfer or process optimization within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems and pharmaceutical regulations.

Experience with process validation, QbD, FMEA, scale-up and complex manufacturing environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach and strong focus on quality and safety.
Nice to have: proficiency in the Dutch language.

What We Offer   A gross monthly salary between €4,750 and €7,500.
27 vacation days and 12 ADV (additional leave) days, or the option to receive an additional 5.26% salary instead.
