KLARO Zorg zoekt een HBO-verpleegkundige voor de VVT. Je bepaalt je opdrachten en werkt op diverse locaties in Noord-Holland. Je bewaakt kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg voor cliënten met complexe zorgvragen, coördineert zorgsituaties en voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit.
Je regisseert zorgprocessen, stemt af met artsen en familie, en begeleidt collega’s en studenten. Een flexibele, zelfstandige houding en minimaal 16 uur per week zijn vereist. Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens CAO VVT FWG 50.
