Een organisatie voor geestelijke gezondheidszorg in Alkmaar is op zoek naar een GGZ agoog of verpleegkundige voor het Intensive Home Treatment-team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor stabilisatie van crises bij jongeren door het creëren van een dagprogramma en het bieden van steun in de eigen omgeving. Een HBO diploma in Social Work of Verpleegkunde en affiniteit voor werken met jongeren in crisis zijn vereist.
Flexibiliteit en zelfstandigheid zijn essentieel. Wij bieden goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een salaris tot €4.579,- bruto per maand.
