SIGRA in Amsterdam zoekt een trajectbegeleider voor 32 uur per week om jongeren te ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling naar zelfstandig wonen. Je begeleidt hen in het versterken van woonvaardigheden en het opbouwen van een sociaal netwerk.
Met een HBO-diploma en SKJ-registratie ben je de ideale kandidaat. Dit is een functie met goede ontwikkelmogelijkheden, inclusief een salaris tussen € 3.498 en € 5.216 bruto per maand bij een volledige werkweek.
