Responsibilities

Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to preserve conditions. Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation. Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures. Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow. Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity. Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping).
• Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
