• Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care, following company policies, government regulations and dental board standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Consult patients on treatment options, verify insurance payments and collect ensuring high quality of care.
• Under the Manager’s direction, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non‑clinical team.
• Review daily data to evaluate the impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling, confirm patient appointments and process insurance payments, collections, balance deposits and credit card processing.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and a data‑driven mindset.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
