In this position you will be responsible for the design and release of multiple interior products on the most exciting vehicles Ford Racing produces. You will manage multiple cross functional relationships both internally and externally to help ensure the successful launch of the next generation, segment defining products. You'll have...Bachelors of Science in Engineering required5+ Years of experience in Body Interior Design & Release, including delivery of 1 completed program2 Years of experience using CAD or other visualization tools
Understanding of program delivery processes / GPDSWorking knowledge of 3DX, Teamcenter, Vis Mockup, CATIA, DFMEA, FEDE, FEDEBOM, WERSFabrication/mockup skills to demonstrate proof of concept
Independent self-starter that can connect analytical tools with physical hardware and vehicle performance
Passion for performance vehicles
Launch experience preferred Even better, if you have...A Master's degree in Engineering or a related field

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
Internal applicants: moving into this role may result in an adjustment to your current compensation based on the posted pay range for this role, taking into consideration your qualifications and other relevant factors.

Assure conformance to the Ford Racing DNA and all applicable Ford & regulatory requirements
