Learning & Development Senior Associate

Position Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Program Coordinator to manage technical training communications and systems administration. This role ensures seamless delivery of technician training programs and supports enterprise-wide learning initiatives.

• Author, review, and publish quarterly Technical Training Electronic Field Communications (EFC).
• Maintain the Accepted Service Training (FAST) program course list for technician training equivalency.
• Triage Technical Training Report-A-Problem concerns related to system issues.
• Serve as North American Standard Training and Resource System (STARS) Administrator:
  • Create and maintain training planners.
  • Activate courses and set due dates.
  • Troubleshoot STARS issues with IT development teams.
  • Coordinate with LMS provider to address needs and concerns.
  • Review training courses and provide feedback to content development teams.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to optimize resources, processes, and technologies for greater efficiency.
• Assist with training vehicle and equipment ordering for training centers.
• Support future LMS migration tasks and global training delivery concerns.
• Research emerging technologies and learning processes to maintain a best-in-class training experience.

• 2–5 years in a coordination role, including:
  • Field Communication Systems Administration
  • SharePoint expertise

• Automotive technical knowledge (vehicle systems, tools, equipment)
• Technical training experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
