Job Description
We are seeking an IT Concierge to provide first-line support for users experiencing issues with their devices. This role works closely with the PC Support team to ensure smooth resolution of technical problems. The IT Concierge will assist users who walk up with new issues, respond to chat inquiries, schedule appointments, follow up on repairs, and keep users informed about the status of their ticket requests.
This is a customer-facing position that offers exposure to IT troubleshooting and the potential to grow into a more technical role based on performance and interest.
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in users and chat support.
- Create and manage support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams to relay information and resolve issues promptly.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on ongoing repairs.
- Maintain clear communication with users regarding ticket status and timelines.

Job Type & LocationContract position based out of Allen Park, MI. This is a fully onsite position in Allen Park, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 – $15.00/hr.
