SAP Project Manager

Job Overview

Stefanini Group is seeking a SAP Project Manager to lead technology application development and implementation projects in Allen Park, MI.

• Develop project plans, define scope, goals, and deliverables for technology application development and implementation.
• Drive problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, and internal teams.
• Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between internal teams and external technology providers.
• Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations and teams.
• Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources.
• Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting data in a clear format for presentations and reviews.
• Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of projects and programs.
• Manage technology product goals and forecasts; collaborate with technical development teams to translate long‑term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap.
• Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies such as agile, waterfall, and others.

• 6 years in IT, including 3 years in Program Management.
• Expert in Project Management for SAP HANA, SAP ERP, Ad Hoc Reporting, and analytical skills.

• Complex Deployment Planning, Microsoft Excel, Jira.
• Prior SAP S/4
  
  HANA deployment experience and cross‑functional leadership.

Bachelor’s Degree.
