Description:
Employees in this job function plan and oversee the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centres, labs, etc.). They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure the team lives by the values and practices of Scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the SAP Cutover group during a Mainframe-to-SAP transformation program.
- Own and execute end-to-end SAP cutover planning
, including deployment schedules, task sequencing, and readiness activities. - Deploy SAP code and coordinate production deployments for multiple products.
- Perform data setup, task setup, and cutover runbook preparation
. - Coordinate and manage cutover-related tasks across multiple teams, including functional, technical, data, integration, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Identify, track, and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers throughout the cutover lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed cutover trackers and ensure all activities are tracked, monitored, and reported on a daily basis
. - Lead cutover meetings, daily status calls, and readiness checkpoints with cross‑functional teams.
- Provide clear daily status updates, risk assessments, and execution progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to deployment processes, timelines, and quality standards during cutover and go‑live phases.
