Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Overview

Epitec is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our automotive client's team. As a Project Manager, the candidate will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing projects/programs within various business functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, etc.

This is a long-term, ongoing contract. W2 only.

• Develop and manage project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate efficient collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.
• Communicate project status and metrics clearly to stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Ensure timely delivery of project objectives within scope, budget, and resource constraints.
• Provide insightful analysis and reporting for executive presentations and reviews.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
• Act as a subject matter expert in one or more business domains (HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales).

• Minimum 4 years in IT and 1 year in Program Management; proven expertise in project management.
• Project Management, Project Planning, Analytical Thinking, Project Documentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong organizational and communication skills; customer-focused mindset; familiarity with Service Now is a plus.
