Pay Range: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour.

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes and proper portioning.
• Restock front‑line with prepared product during peak volumes and according to time and temperature requirements.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times and greet guests enthusiastically.
• Serve guests, following recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Clean, organize, and restock all stations.
• Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Be a team player, cooperating with management and fellow team members.
• Act as an ambassador for Qdoba.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
