Position: Full‑time Retail Selling Store Manager – hiring immediately.

We are the #1 AT&T Authorized Retailer in the Greater Lakes Region, serving communities for over 27 years. This role leads a high‑traffic, sales‑driven retail wireless store, driving revenue, coaching staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Drive store sales performance and achieve revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performance sales team.
• Implement and maintain the sales process, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
• Oversee store operations, inventory management, and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Represent the company at community events, aiding local outreach.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations, especially during COVID‑19.

• Minimum 4 years managing a high‑traffic, sales‑driven retail wireless store.
• Strategic recruiting experience and a track record of building talent.
• Proficient coaching and development of sales staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic personality, and positive energy.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week, stand all day, and travel locally for events.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred.

Base salary: $49,731 – $102,608 per year.

Commission structure:
Unlimited commission potential.
