Base pay range: $32,405.00/yr - $80,218.00/yr

Commission structure: Unlimited Commission Potential.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history & success in Retail Sales or customer-facing business.
• Physical Capacity:
  Ability to work 40+ hours per week consistently; travel to local events; stand on your feet all day.
