Location: Hybrid must be local to worksite in MI

Experience: 3+ Years

Education: Bachelor's Degree

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building software applications that solve real-world customer problems. You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, from software architecture and coding to testing and deployment, ensuring robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and architects, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

• Engage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, delivering user-centric solutions
• Solve complex technical challenges using a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and development tools
• Design software architecture for scalable, maintainable applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on time
• Define and implement software testing strategies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals
• Optimize application performance and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency
• Apply best practices in test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD)
• Ensure software complies with security standards, including encryption and data anonymization

• Languages/Frameworks: Java, Angular, Type Script, Spring Boot
• Dev Ops & Tools: CI/CD (Tekton), Git Hub, GCP, Kubernetes Cluster
• Strong understanding of full-stack development principles and best practices

• Power BI, React, or other front-end frameworks

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
