Overview
Position Summary: The Receptionist receives incoming calls and walk-in visitors and directs them as appropriate. This person also provides clerical support to other Departments, as directed.

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Key duties focuses on communication, organization, and customer service, supporting daily office operations and across hospitals
- Manages the front desk as the first point of contact
- Professional appearance, proactive nature, resourcefulness, and welcoming
- Serves all guests by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Answers telephone in a professional manner, and take messages or forwards calls
- Provides accurate information to callers and visitors
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area
- Monitors office access, issues visitor badges, and follows safety procedures
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing projects and related results as needed
- Performs various administrative tasks like filing and data entry
- Orders office supplies
- Types simple correspondence
- Handles incoming/outgoing mail & deliveries
- Drops off mail at U.S. Post Office and/or Fed Ex
- Prepares conference rooms for meetings
- Cleans conference rooms/breakroom
- Other administrative tasks as needed
