Responsibilities
- Providing accurate and up-to-date visibility of the sales team’s performance
- Calculating performance comparisons for analysis (such as a Year-Over-Year customer analysis)
- Managing the forecasting process and tracking forecasting accuracy
- Analyzing sales data to determine trends and best next steps
- Managing the Sales Incentive Plan
- Supporting the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Supporting sales demand creation campaigns
- Assisting in the contract lifecycle management of our customers
- Additional responsibility may include supporting analysis and initiative requests by the CEO, COO, and HR
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent project management and cross‑functional communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, Excel, Salesforce, BI tools, and other relevant technologies to drive data‑driven decision‑making and optimize sales processes - Additional certifications in Sales Operations or Project Management are advantageous
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles within the sales domain; experience managing cross‑functional teams is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, problem‑solving abilities, adaptability to changing environments, leadership qualities, and a customer‑centric mindset
- In‑depth understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies, market dynamics, competitor analysis, and regulatory compliance within the industry
