Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date visibility of the sales team’s performance
  • Calculating performance comparisons for analysis (such as a Year-Over-Year customer analysis)
  • Managing the forecasting process and tracking forecasting accuracy
  • Analyzing sales data to determine trends and best next steps
  • Managing the Sales Incentive Plan
  • Supporting the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Supporting sales demand creation campaigns
  • Assisting in the contract lifecycle management of our customers
  • Additional responsibility may include supporting analysis and initiative requests by the CEO, COO, and HR
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent project management and cross‑functional communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, Excel, Salesforce, BI tools, and other relevant technologies to drive data‑driven decision‑making and optimize sales processes
  • Additional certifications in Sales Operations or Project Management are advantageous
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles within the sales domain; experience managing cross‑functional teams is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, problem‑solving abilities, adaptability to changing environments, leadership qualities, and a customer‑centric mindset
  • In‑depth understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies, market dynamics, competitor analysis, and regulatory compliance within the industry
