Dental Treatment Coordinator

Job Purpose:

- The Dental Treatment Coordinator at HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC is responsible for providing patient-centric and compassionate care while effectively managing financial obstacles through third-party finance companies. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can ensure an exceptional patient experience from the front office, including insurance verification, scheduling, and patient copay collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver compassionate care focused on patient needs and satisfaction.

- Overcome financial obstacles by utilizing third-party finance companies to facilitate patient treatment plans.

- Execute front office responsibilities, including welcoming patients and ensuring their experience is exceptional.

- Verify insurance details and manage patient scheduling.

- Collect patient copays and handle other financial transactions as needed.

- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the dental office operations.

Required

Education:

- High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience:

- Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, specifically with an Endodontist Required
