Key Responsibilities- Deliver full-spectrum outpatient obstetric and gynecological care across multiple venues
- Perform gynecological surgeries including D&C, ectopic pregnancy management, and cesarean sections
- Handle emergency obstetric and gynecological cases during 24/7 on-call duties, including labor, bleeding, high-risk pregnancies, and complications
- Collaborate with a comprehensive team with specialists such as LCSWs, lactation consultants, and educators
- Utilize innovative, integrated technology platforms to enhance patient engagement and streamline clinical workflows
- Maintain a friendly and team-oriented approach to patient care in a dynamic environment
- Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid Texas Medical License and Dedicated DEA registration
- Proficiency in managing obstetric emergencies, including DNCs, ectopic pregnancies, and C-sections
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and manage complex cases with confidence
- Surgical first assist certification for CNMs or equivalent experience
- Experience with advanced obstetric procedures and high-risk patient management
- Familiarity with electronic health records and patient engagement tools
Education and Experience
- MD or DO degree with board certification in OB-GYN
- Previous experience in high-volume or specialized obstetric and gynecological practice
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics/gynecology
- Must be comfortable with night shifts (19:00 – 07:00), five days per week
- Willingness to travel as needed; all travel, lodging, airfare, and car rental expenses covered
