Join Our Esteemed Obstetrics/Gynecology Team as a Physician

This vital role offers the opportunity to deliver full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological services, perform gynecological surgeries, and manage high-risk pregnancies—all within a supportive, collaborative environment committed to excellence and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver full-spectrum outpatient obstetric and gynecological care across multiple venues
  • Perform gynecological surgeries including D&C, ectopic pregnancy management, and cesarean sections
  • Handle emergency obstetric and gynecological cases during 24/7 on-call duties, including labor, bleeding, high-risk pregnancies, and complications
  • Collaborate with a comprehensive team with specialists such as LCSWs, lactation consultants, and educators
  • Utilize innovative, integrated technology platforms to enhance patient engagement and streamline clinical workflows
  • Maintain a friendly and team-oriented approach to patient care in a dynamic environment
Required Skills
  • Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Valid Texas Medical License and Dedicated DEA registration
  • Proficiency in managing obstetric emergencies, including DNCs, ectopic pregnancies, and C-sections
  • Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and manage complex cases with confidence
Nice to Have Skills
  • Surgical first assist certification for CNMs or equivalent experience
  • Experience with advanced obstetric procedures and high-risk patient management
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and patient engagement tools
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • MD or DO degree with board certification in OB-GYN
  • Previous experience in high-volume or specialized obstetric and gynecological practice
  • At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics/gynecology
Other Requirements
  • Must be comfortable with night shifts (19:00 – 07:00), five days per week
  • Willingness to travel as needed; all travel, lodging, airfare, and car rental expenses covered
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
