Annual Salary: $200,000/year USD

The Alpha school model focuses on accelerated learning and real-world competencies. The Director of Parent Engagement & Advocacy is responsible for recruiting, enrolling, and retaining families, cultivating parent advocacy, and maintaining strong parent relationships throughout their enrollment and beyond.
Responsibilities- Own parent relationships from initial outreach through ongoing engagement for a single campus.
- Lead persuasive information sessions and individual meetings to transform interested parents into advocates.
- Act as the primary liaison for parent concerns, ensuring satisfaction and continuous support after enrollment.
- Build credibility and presence through on‑site engagement, local community partnerships, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Mobilize parent advocates to generate referrals and expand community influence.
- Using formulaic sales scripts or impersonal communication methods.
- Handing off relationship responsibilities to campus personnel or adopting a passive role.
- Allowing parent committees to compromise or weaken Alpha’s educational philosophy.
- Working remotely – deep integration into the parent community and campus environment is required.
- Live within commuting range of chosen campus or willing to relocate.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of professional experience in family engagement or enrollment contexts.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence complex decision‑making processes.
- Strong conviction in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation educational approach.

Employment DetailsFull‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. Contractor of Record with Crossover. Compensation is $100/hour, weekly pay. Position immediately available.
