Electrical & Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical & Automation Engineer with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in the design, integration, programming, and troubleshooting of control systems for industrial process equipment. You will be responsible for electrical panel design, PLC programming, HMI development, instrumentation selection, and on‑site commissioning.

• Design electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, and cable schedules as per project requirements and standards.
• Select and size electrical components including VFDs, relays, contractors, sensors, actuators, and instrumentation.
• Develop PLC and HMI programs (Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, or equivalent) for equipment automation.
• Interface control systems with process instruments and safety interlocks.
• Perform I/O checks, FAT, and SAT during equipment testing and commissioning.
• Collaborate with mechanical and process engineering teams to integrate automation into machine design.
• Troubleshoot electrical and automation issues during assembly, testing, and installation.
• Support customers and service teams with remote diagnostics or on‑site interventions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for wiring layouts, PLC/HMI programs, and control logic.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms and relevant industrial standards.

• Diploma, B.E. /
  
  B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in electrical and automation design for industrial machinery or process equipment.
• Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, Delta, etc.) and HMI development.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuit design, panel building, and motor control systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Experience with instrumentation and process sensors (flow, pressure, temperature, level).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Working knowledge of relevant safety and compliance standards (IEC, IS, CE).
• Ability to handle project documentation, including manuals and compliance reports.

• Exposure to automation in pharma, chemical, or food industries.
• Knowledge of industry 4.0, IoT‑enabled control systems, or remote monitoring.
• Hands‑on experience with field commissioning and customer training.
• Basic understanding of P&IDs and process flow diagrams.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
