I’m partnering with a growing engineering consultancy looking for an experienced Bridge Engineer to take ownership, build a team and lead the continued growth of its Texas Structures division.

• Build, recruit and develop your own bridge engineering team
• Established client relationships and a strong project pipeline
• Lead business development, secure new work and grow the practice

• Work across major bridge, highway, retaining wall and transportation infrastructure projects
• Play a key role in shaping the future of the Texas structures business

• Performance-based bonus and a place at the leadership table

• 15+ years of bridge/structural engineering experience
• Strong TxDOT experience and understanding of the Texas transportation market
• Experience managing projects, clients and engineering teams
• Ability to develop client relationships, pursue opportunities and help win new work
• A leader who can mentor engineers, build teams and drive growth
