Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager with a male-focused client base to join our Sherman location. If you have a passion for improving a great Sport Clips location, let’s talk about your future.

• Manage all aspects of salon operations, including scheduling, floor coverage, and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Maintain TDLR requirements.
• Coach your Stylist Team Members to improve and maximize their skills and professionalism.
• Cash management responsibilities: daily sales/deposit accuracy, regular cash bank deposits, discount management and tracking.
• Understand Salon Ultimate to track salon performance – daily/weekly/quarterly/annual sales.
• Complete monthly product/retail inventory.
• Attend and participate in performance meetings – bi-weekly and monthly.

• Strong knowledge of retail sales strategies and techniques.
• Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including barbering.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
