• Applying the principles of one‑on‑one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential.
• Providing ABA therapy in a center‑based setting.
• Shaping the minds of school‑aged kiddos (ages 5 - 12).
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborating with a team of like‑minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
• Annual bonus in addition to regular pay for all eligible RBTs.

• Pay: $15.50 - $27.00 / hour with experience.
• Potential wage increases every 6 months! We are obsessed with frequent feedback and transparency to your next raise.
• Annual “Bravo!” Bonus Award! Anniversary bonus award between $1,000 and $3,500 based upon tenure with ABC.
• Predictable Work Schedule! Each full‑time teammate will be scheduled weekly for 30 hours Monday through Friday, 12:00pm - 6:30pm.
