A Place At Home – North Texas is a growing home care agency committed to providing compassionate, professional support for seniors and families in our community. We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Community Liaison to help expand our network and connect clients with the quality care they deserve.
What You’ll Do
As our Community Liaison, you’ll be the face of A Place At Home in the community — developing strong relationships, generating referrals, and driving growth through purposeful outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, home health and hospice agencies, and other referral sources.
- Execute a consultative sales process — from cold calls and follow‑ups to care consultations and client onboarding.
- Create and implement local marketing plans with leadership to meet and exceed monthly growth targets.
- Deliver engaging one‑on‑one and group presentations on A Place At Home’s services and mission.
- Track all sales activity and maintain accurate records of outreach, referrals, and conversions.
- Represent A Place At Home with professionalism, integrity, and compassion in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven success in sales, marketing, or business development — healthcare or senior services preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
- Self‑motivated, independent, and goal‑oriented.
- Proficiency with Google Apps.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Have an existing network within the healthcare or senior living community.
- Understand home care services and the local healthcare landscape.
Base Salary: $58,000–$68,000 (depending on experience)
