• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Customer service mindset—friendly, helpful attitudes make guest stays memorable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina—lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stay on your feet for the whole shift.
• Flexible schedule—ready for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
