SAP Success Factors is seeking a Functional Consultant to join our team and provide consultant level expertise to support the outcome-based goals of our cloud customers. The Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services.
ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for remotely delivering 1:1 adoption and consumption focused services and workshops across SAP Success Factors Suite depending on their area of expertise and certification. They will also act as a subject matter expert for their area(s), developing exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive the innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.
Requirements- Associate Certification in SAP Success Factors Employee Central required.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP Success Factors Suite.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages an advantage.
- University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field or other comparable experience.

Compensation Range TransparencySAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step towards demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 70, USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.
