Job Title: Systems Engineer

Location: Allen, TX / Costa Mesa, CA

Duration: Fulltime

• Basic to moderate understanding of Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of SQL, including the ability to write and analyze queries.
• Familiarity with Linux file systems and basic commands.
• Experience with or understanding Service Now for IT service management.
• Basic knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
• Proficiency in working with XML and JSON file formats.
• Experience in interacting with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Splunk for searching, monitoring, and analyzing machine-generated data.
• Experience in using testing tools for API testing and development such as Postman.

• Collaborates with client team(s) to improve their level of technical knowledge and understanding of products.
• Assists the client team(s) with coordinating scheduling of project processing steps and how to use priority requests appropriately.
• Acts as technical resource to sales personnel on existing accounts or running tests for prospective accounts for the client team(s).
• Documents changes and additions to internal technical processes and on client-specific projects and disseminates information to appropriate personnel.
• Interprets client specifications and instructions of high complexity for Technical Solutions personnel and explains how to appropriately apply theory to this practice.
• Defines and implements quality control/troubleshooting standards and procedures for the department.
• Creates and provides necessary quality control reports, output files, and summarized data reports.
