We are seeking an experienced Corporate Project Manager to join our Symitar Integration Development team. This role is responsible for managing vendor and internal projects focused on software integrations with the Symitar core system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will lead project intake, planning, execution, and closure while maintaining clear communication, reporting project status to stakeholders and management, and driving process improvements.

The position is hybrid; you will work in the office at least two days per week at any of our locations:
Allen, TX;
Springfield, MO;
Monett, MO;
Cedar Falls, IA;
Charlotte, NC;
Lenexa, KS; or Louisville, KY.

Target salary range: $72,700 – $90,000 based on experience and location.

• Perform non‑technical project completion from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities to bring projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Oversee special projects from inception to completion.
• Serve as liaison to ensure all project requirements and targets are met.
• Ensure all projects are completed on schedule.
• Monitor and track all escalated issues to resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
• Experience managing software development projects.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strategic and technical communication skills.

• Experience driving process improvement.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Jack Henry products and services, including Symitar.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
