Phillips seeks fast-paced, problem-solving, customer-centric Residential Remodel Project Managers to manage projects and assist homeowners with their painting (interior and exterior), gutter, and carpentry needs.

• Helps solve problems for customers according to industry and company standards in a way that promotes win-win outcomes, long-term customer savings and elevated positions for the company
• Manages and supervises crew partners, visiting jobsites throughout the day and assigning work according to crew ability and availability
• Manages projects through completion and collection
• Always recruiting new crews
• Promotes the company online
• Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, making add-ons, etc.
• Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done
