At Hand & Stone, opportunity knocks. We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Spa Manager to lead the operation of our spa at Hand & Stone – Allen. The Spa Manager directs and organizes overall operations to maximize profits through exemplary customer service and customer satisfaction.

• Spa experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

• Overcome objections during the sales process and increase membership base.
• Create marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profits.
• Perform data analysis that drives business decisions and success.
• Use sound judgment and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Plan and direct daily operations.
• Manage staff schedules efficiently to optimize capacity, revenue, and profits.
• Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises.
• Manage inventory effectively.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, address dissatisfaction, and resolve service complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all Hand & Stone policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal laws.
• Hire, train, supervise, develop, and mentor all team members according to Hand & Stone policies.
• Motivate and empower the team to achieve high standards.

Compensation
: $50,000.00 per year.
