• Provide the company with world‑class operational excellence in inbound logistics, inventory control from inbound freight through outbound order fulfillment, order shipment speed, accuracy, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage daily and monthly safety, delivery, cost and quality KPIs in warehousing, transportation and logistics; analyze data to identify trends; find and fix problems.
• Provide daily oversight of two Newline locations along with one 3PL.
• Work in conjunction with other departments to manage the forecast for product ordering, inventory control and distribution activities throughout the warehouses.
• Establish all operational policies for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise and customer orders as well as the reclamation of damaged merchandise.
• Oversee warehouse activities to maximize utilization of facilities for storing and distributing finished goods inventory.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
• Responsible for the supervision, development and performance of the teams. Motivate and inspire the teams with your energetic leadership.

• 7–12 years of business experience; 4–5 years leading and managing warehousing, transportation and/or logistics teams.
• BS degree; preferred in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
• Experience driving improvement of warehousing, transportation and logistics key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to develop and maintain positive employee, customer and cross‑functional team relations through strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with the ability to drive results.
