As a Print Production Specialist, you will help ensure bank statements, notices, and other time-sensitive client communications are produced accurately and prepared for delivery. You may set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot a variety of print production equipment, including printers, inserters, and related finishing or mailing tools. Responsibilities may also include verifying materials and job specifications, performing quality checks, preparing completed work for outbound delivery, and supporting other production tasks based on workflow and business needs.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Work schedules may vary, particularly during peak production periods, so flexibility is essential.

This position will work onsite from our Allen, TX location.

This position pays $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on the candidate’s experience.

• Rendering bank statements and notices and preparing statements and notices for outbound mail in a high volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Troubleshooting printing equipment errors and arraigning for outside maintenance calls if needed.
• Performing quality control procedures.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in one of the following areas: assembly line, manufacturing, warehouse, mailroom, printing, bindery operations, banking, or quality control or general work experience.
• Must be able to stand/sit for extended hours and to lift 20-50 pounds as required.
• Must have the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be attentive to the details and able to meet tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be willing to work ONSITE at our Allen TX facility.

• Experience in large scale print production operations.
