We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team and provide essential support across various marketing initiatives. This role will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our investment products and services, enhance brand visibility, and engage with current and prospective clients. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, has strong communication skills, and is eager to grow their marketing capabilities in a professional financial services environment.

• Create compelling marketing content including client presentations, email campaigns, and social media posts
• Communicate complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on marketing metrics
• Reformat and update PowerPoint presentations to align with company branding standards and templates
• Ensure consistency in visual materials across all marketing deliverables
• Create and deploy email campaigns using existing templates and company branding guidelines
• Write clear, professional copy for client communications and marketing materials
• Maintain consistent tone and messaging across all email touchpoints
• Proofread articles, blog posts, marketing materials, and client communications for grammar, clarity, and accuracy
• Ensure all written content meets firm standards before publication or distribution
• Graphic design capabilities (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Design video thumbnails, graphics, and other visual assets using standard design tools
• Support the creation of engaging visual content for digital marketing channels

• Experience with marketing automation tools (Go High Level, Active Campaign)
• Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising platforms
• Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and strong attention to visual detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English grammar
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
• Basic video editing skills (familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere, iMovie, Cap Cut, or similar)
• Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
