Registered Nurse, LDRP – Full Time, Nights

Join the Texas Health Resources team as a Registered Nurse, LDRP working nights.

Work Location: Texas Health Allen, 1105 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas, 75013

Work Hours: Full Time, 36 Hours, 7:00pm – 7:00am

• Level II Maternal Designation with Level II NICU
• Certified Nurse Midwife Hospitalist Based Model
• 8 LDRPs, 5 Antepartum Rooms, 2 Operating Rooms
• 40–45 deliveries per month
• Small team focused on BIG teamwork!

• Diploma in Nursing or Associate Degree from an accredited Nursing program required; BSN preferred.
• One‑year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program.
• One year of Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred.
• Registered Nurse must practice within the regulations of the Texas Nurse Practice Act; serve as a role model, intra/interdisciplinary collaborator, and coordinator for quality patient care.
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to independent care and maintained quarterly required.
• CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention training within 90 days and maintained annually required.
• NRP – Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days.
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days required.
• NRPA – Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 90 days required.
