Travel Nursing Job Details – Allen, TX

• Location: Allen, TX 75013 – A top destination for Texas healthcare jobs, featuring excellent schools, welcoming neighborhoods, and diverse shopping, dining, and recreation.
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,330–$2,500
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
• Start Date: January 5, 2026
• End Date: April 5, 2026
• Shift: 10‑hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, with one day off per week
• Call: Required after hours, weekends, and holidays (must be within 30 minutes of the facility when on call)
• Hours per Week: 40

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Texas or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute hospital Cath Lab RN experience
• Experience in both Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) preferred
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Must reside at least 100 miles from Allen, TX facility
• Ability to circulate and scrub in Cath Lab and IR procedures
• Familiarity with Epic & Cupid documentation systems a plus

Cath Lab Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care in a busy Cath Lab setting (2 labs, 2–10 cases per day)
• Circulate and scrub for a variety of Cardiac Cath, Interventional Radiology, and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
• Provide sedation coverage for radiology procedures as needed
• Maintain a 3:1 patient ratio per case, ensuring optimal patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient‑centered care
• Accurately document procedures and patient information using Epic & Cupid systems
• Participate in call rotation for after‑hours, weekends, and holidays as required
