Infinite us Home Healthcare P.C., dba Cura Care Connect Staffing, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Manager (RN/NP) to lead and oversee clinical operations across our service areas.

POSITION: Clinical Manager (RN/NP)

Reports To: Administrator

SERVICE AREAS: DFW

Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise Counties.

Position Summary

The Clinical Manager (RN/NP) provides full clinical oversight and leadership in accordance with Texas regulations and agency policies. In this role, you will supervise clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee patient care delivery, and maintain the highest standards of documentation, quality, and clinical performance. You will serve as the primary clinical leader responsible for coordinating care, supporting staff, and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full clinical oversight for all patient care services and clinical staff.
  • Review and approve clinical documentation, Plans of Care, and physician orders.
  • Ensure compliance with Texas home health regulations, agency policies, and professional standards.
  • Conduct supervisory visits, staff evaluations, and competency assessments.
  • Lead interdisciplinary coordination and support patient care planning.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and address changes in condition promptly.
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Administrator on staffing, workflow, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain readiness for audits, surveys, and regulatory reviews.
  • Serve as the primary clinical authority for the agency.
Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered Texas Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of home health or clinical leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Texas home health regulations, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Reliable transportation. Excellent communication, leadership, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage clinical workflows, support staff, and uphold quality standards.
