Quality Control engineer at Cyient
Responsibilities- Review First Article Inspection (FAI) reports in Net Inspect per AS9102 Aerospace standards.
- Create rejection reports and supplier feedback.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience with Net Inspect software or similarli>
- Experience creating Forms #1, 2, and 3 (customizable per project).
- Knowledge of non-conformance processes.
- Experience creating a ballooned drawing that links engineering features to the appropriate FAI entry.
- Add instructional remarks for inspection.
- Prepare and maintain applicable FAI metrics.
- Perform FAI reviews in Net Inspect.
- Blueprint reading experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Experience in machining and assembly processes for hydraulic and pneumatic parts.
- US Citizen or Green Card holder.
