• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Assist with inventory, stocking, or other operational tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to support team success

• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Previous customer service or team-based work experience is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
