The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales goals and store standards. This customer-focused role contributes to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, fashion and styling guidance, and fitting room assistance.
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to sales plans.
- Maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment and floor sets.
- Complete opening and closing duties and participate in company training.
- Share customer and product feedback with management and collaborate with colleagues.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
