The Operations Support Associate helps keep retail store operations running smoothly, with a primary focus on inventory and back-of-house tasks. The role also supports customer service and sales-floor needs as business demands.
Responsibilities- Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID inventory scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
- Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
- Assist customers, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms.
- Support visual merchandising, store presentation standards, and front- and back-of-house operations.
- Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to move throughout the store, lift or climb up to 30 pounds, and work around chemicals.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
