As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, focusing on individual and team achievement of sales and profit goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Fostering an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
• Developing team members' product knowledge and skills through training and evaluation
• Assisting with recruiting and selection of team members
• Upholding all company policies and executing strategic operational duties

• Minimum of one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Proficiency in operating POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret instructions delivered in written, oral, diagram, and schedule formats
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, and weekends
