Phillips Home Improvements is seeking Roofing Sales Representatives to run and close preset, pre-qualified leads. We need energetic closers to assist homeowners with reroofs and roofing repair projects.

Create proposals that solve problems for customers according to industry and company standards, promoting win-win outcomes, long-term savings, and company growth.

Follow and champion a sales methodology and close deals effectively.

Follow through with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Treasure every lead and maximize opportunities.

Act as a brand ambassador for the company.

Maintain clear communication with employees and homeowners.

Must be comfortable and experienced in walking on, measuring, and inspecting roofs.

Qualifications:

Ability to turn strangers into friends.

Ability to listen to customer needs effectively.

Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.

Skills:

Good communication skills.

Proficient with basic Windows programs.

Ability to calculate numbers mentally.

Comfortable and trained in safe roof inspections.

No degree required; dynamic training provided.

No overnight travel required.

Top performers earn between $70,000 and $125,000 annually.

Requirements:

Willing and able to climb, walk, and measure roofs.

Fluent in interfacing with insurance companies.
