We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be an integral part of our Mid‑Market prospecting team. This role is ideal for someone who is natural and excited about cold‑calling and turning potential prospects into new opportunities. You are the first point of contact in driving new business for our Mid‑Market vertical.
You are the client’s first impression of Resi, representing yourself as a passionate, personable and professional individual who will be able to connect our prospects’ business needs to our service. In this role, you will be making outbound calls to potential clients who appear to be strong potential customers based upon our Ideal Customer Profile.

Schedule:
8 AM – 5 PM Central Time. The ideal candidate is commutable to our Allen, TX office.

- Compensation range: $55 k base + $15 k variable = $70 k OTE
- KPI/metric driven role with a constant performance quota
- Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to qualify churches
- Reach at least 55 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day
- Schedule 1–2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives with a high conversion rate of at least 85 %
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects and understand their challenges
- Identify and communicate how Resi can help
- Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline
- Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In) and an understanding of Social Selling
- Work with a team of like‑minded individuals to achieve targets
- Some familiarity with an ABM “go to market” strategy is helpful
- Experience working with churches is recommended and preferred
- Sales experience over the phone: courteous, well‑spoken, curious and good at asking questions
- Able to connect prospects’ business needs to Resi’s SaaS solutions
- Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google platforms (Salesforce and Outreach are a plus)
- Positive outlook and resilience with your team and customers is desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience
- 1 + years of inside sales experience
- High school graduate (or equivalent); BS/BA preferred
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. It is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending or standing as necessary.
