Join our FASTSIGNS® team as an Inside Sales Representative. This is an hourly position paying $20/hr with potential bonuses based on sales. The role involves driving revenue growth, generating leads, and closing deals.

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers at the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Follow up on inbound calls and emails from customers and potential customers.
• Build and maintain prospect lists, making "cold calls" to businesses to seek new sign jobs.
• Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the center’s success.
• Develop long‑lasting relationships, turning prospects into long‑term clients.

• 2–3 years of customer service excellence.
• Outgoing, energetic, responsive, and eager to learn. Ability to build relationships.
• Excellent listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4+ hours) and view a computer screen for long periods.
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high‑volume, high‑quality work.
