Passionate about construction, skilled at sales, and adept at building relationships. You will sell top‑notch roofing solutions to building owners and C‑Level Asset, Property, and Facility managers in the commercial sector.

• Early mornings and extensive driving.
• Multiple site visits daily.
• Performing and documenting roof inspections.
• Stepping out of your comfort zone to achieve growth.
• Managing the pressures of rapid expansion and upholding commitments.

• Engage with 2 to 3 prospects daily.
• Expand accounts and territories by helping customers achieve success.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to identify and seize opportunities.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales goals.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Experience with CRM roofing software preferred.
• Sales experience in HVAC, commercial real estate, or property management strongly encouraged.
